CEO Coaching

For any New or young CEO, Doug can provide terrific mentoring, guidance, and counseling on how to act and perform like a seasoned CEO. The coaching will provide practical tools to utilize for style development, communication, management of the leadership team, and relationship and reporting tools for the board. Developing techniques for controlling the agenda, follow up, and producing results are important components of what will be learned. An added advantage for any nonprofit CEO is how to use this role to be the most effective fundraiser in your organization. Doug's compensation will be negotiated based on the scope of the work, involvement, and scope of the project.
