Included in America's 50 best hospitals, Tower health has a four-star ranking for quality and the number eight hospital in Pennsylvania according to U.S. News & World Report 2022–2023. With 697 beds it is a level one trauma center, and is a teaching hospital for both positions and nurses.
Results
As a board member of this $1+ billion healthcare system, along with the other 10 board members, Doug is entrusted with the financial performance and clinical quality of a healthcare system that has 70% of the market share and it's community. This is truly an anchor organization that is responsible for the quality of life in Berks county Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas.
